No other local Letting Agent offers a letting service coupled with our building knowledge. We are NHBC registered and have the experience to warrant it.

Sharpe Letting Agents will not expect you to use our building services but like to give you the reassurance that our advice and expertise are there should you need them. We can also offer a repair service faster than any other letting agent can achieve through our own workforce and also our agency team of industry contacts.

Tenancy finding only service – a single fee which means our agency will cover all of the advertising and viewings, find your tenant and check references, before setting up a tenancy agreement

Tenancy finding service plus rent collection – A set up fee plus low monthly charge . Many letting agency offices do not offer this service which is ideal for new Landlords who may be keen to deal with day to day maintenance issues but are concerned about rent collection issues.

Fully managed service – a set up fee plus a higher monthly charge. As letting agents we understand that many people prefer not to get involved in the maintenance or rent collection due to the size of their portfolio, time limitations or their property may not be local to them. This is where a good letting agent can be priceless, as all matters from marketing to repairs are dealt with fully.

Sharpe Letting Agents understand that advertising a property is not enough. We offer a similar level of marketing to our sales properties but are also registered with a number of letting sites and enquiry sites for prospective tenants to contact us with their requirements. From this information, good agents can build up mailing lists of tenants ready and waiting for properties.
