Which areas do Sharpe's cover?
We cover the whole of the East Midlands but our primary area is Derbyshire, with much of our stock centralised in the city and up to 10 miles outside this.
What standard are the properties?
We mostly offer properties less then 10 ears old so you can be sure they are in a good condition, clean, modern, well presented and energy efficient.
What do I need to be able to rent from you?
All you need is to be in full time employment with enough income to afford the monthly rent. Some of the properties we offer have conditions, such as pets, but most are flexible on what they require.
What is the application process?
If you like a property you see an you would like to proceed then an application is the next process. We use an external referencing agency for this and all we need is your name, email address and telephone number. Van Mildert then do the necessary credit checks, employment status and current landlord checks.
Where is my deposit held?
Sharpe Properties never keep your deposit ourselves, only using the Government backed Deposit Protection Service – authorised by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government to provide tenancy deposit protection in England and Wales.
